I remember perfectly well that in the first six months I had a 60% saving on the purchase of tools, due to the collection of every single box from the counters of each machine.
This allowed me to optimize costs in the purchase of new tools, in the management of obsolete inserts and, most importantly, to avoid running to the tool shop for lack of inserts.
In 2018, I added a third machine for managing measuring tools.
Here the advantage is in the traceability of the operator who uses a certain instrument (before you had to search half the workshop to find out who was using a certain instrument, now you can see it immediately on the monitor) and on the certification deadlines (by using time-of-use instrument management, the system tells us in good time when it is time to send the measuring instruments for calibration).
Another positive aspect that made me choose the HEN warehouse is the small amount of space it occupies on the ground and its ease of use.
I would also like to praise the assistance because in these 10 years of collaboration with the HEN Company I have always had (in the very rare times I have called) a person who solved the problem in a very short time.
